At MercyMe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
